What are our rental rates?

Salon Booths on our main floor are $550 for full time - salon access 7 days a week. $400 for part time - salon access up to 3 days a week.

Our Private Room is $600 - Full Access - No Part Time

What is included in the Rental Cost?

The cost of your Booth/Room Rental includes the following:

  • Your selected Salon Chair, Locking Drawer Floor Station, Mirror, Wall Cabinet, 2 Wall Products Shelves and Anti-Fatigue Mat

  • Access to Shampoo Bowls, Use of Designated Backbar Storage Space for Products, Use of Salon Towels

  • Use of Break Room, Personal Storage, Color Room and Laundry

  • Personal Door Code for salon entry.

  • Cost of Heating, Cooling, Electricity, and Wifi.

  • Business Cards and featured space for your business on our website

  • Access to your salon owners for help with business needs and questions.

  • Weekly Professional Salon Cleaning

What updates have we made to our space?

We have completely remodeled our salon floor space with new wall dividers between stations, new lighting, new station storage and mirrors. Brand new Wood Look LVP flooring and paint. New shampoo Chairs/ Bowls and Storage. We are always updating the space to make it the most comfortable and stylish for you and your clients.
